Digital Delivery Policy

Instant delivery
All products at Flowlyo are digital and delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your secure download link — typically within a few minutes.
How you receive your files
Your download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please make sure you enter your email correctly. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email within 10 minutes of purchase.
Download link details
Each download link is: • Valid for 7 days from the date of purchase • Limited to 5 downloads per link • Unique to your order and non-transferable If your link expires or you reach the download limit, contact us and we will send a new one at no charge.
File formats
Product file formats vary by product and are clearly stated on each product page. Common formats include PDF, XLSX, Google Sheets links, ZIP archives, and DWG files. Please verify the format matches your software before purchasing.
Secure access
Download links are generated with a unique secure token. They cannot be guessed or accessed by anyone other than the link holder. We recommend not sharing your download link with others, as each link has a limited number of uses.
Delivery issues
If you do not receive your email within 30 minutes of a successful payment: 1. Check your spam / junk folder 2. Search for 'Flowlyo' in your inbox 3. Contact us at support@flowlyo.com with your order number We will resolve all delivery issues within 24 hours.
No physical shipping
Flowlyo does not ship any physical products. All items are digital files. There are no shipping fees, delivery times, or tracking numbers associated with any purchase.
