When we issue a refund
We will issue a full refund if any of the following apply: β’ The file you received was corrupted, incomplete, or unusable β’ You were charged but never received your download link β’ The product was materially different from its description on our site β’ A duplicate charge occurred on your account
Digital product note
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after downloading. However, we handle every case individually and with care. If you experienced a genuine issue, we will always work with you to find a fair solution.
How to request a refund
