License granted

When you purchase a product from Flowlyo, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product. This license is granted to you as the original purchaser and may not be assigned or transferred to any third party.

What you CAN do

• Use the product for personal projects • Use the product for your business or freelance work • Customize, edit, and adapt the product for your own use • Use the product for one client project (client license) • Print the product for personal or business use • Create end products for sale using the template as a base (e.g. a planner you fill and sell as a physical print)

What you CANNOT do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original file • Offer the product as a free download or giveaway • Claim authorship or ownership of the original design • Sub-license the product to another person or business • Use the product in a way that allows others to extract the source files • Include the product in a bundle or collection for sale without written permission from Flowlyo

Commercial use

Most Flowlyo products are cleared for commercial use — meaning you can use them in your business, create work for clients, or use them to generate income — as long as you are not reselling the original file itself. If a product has different commercial restrictions, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Single user license

Each purchase grants a license to one user. If multiple people in your team or organization need to use the product, please purchase one license per user, or contact us at support@flowlyo.com to discuss a team or extended license.

Copyright

All products sold on Flowlyo remain the intellectual property of Flowlyo or the original creator. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright. You are purchasing the right to use the product, not the product itself.

Extended license

If you need to use a product in a way not covered by this standard license — such as including it in a product for resale, using it in a large organization, or sub-licensing it — please contact us at support@flowlyo.com. We offer extended licenses on a case-by-case basis.
