2. About Flowlyo
Flowlyo is a digital products store that sells downloadable digital files including planners, spreadsheets, templates, and other digital tools. All products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and we strive to ensure accuracy. Images and previews are representative of the actual product.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All transactions are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions. Flowlyo does not store your payment card information.
5. Digital delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link by email. Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase and may be used up to 5 times. If you experience issues with your download link, please contact us at support@flowlyo.com.
6. Intellectual property and license
All digital products sold by Flowlyo are protected by copyright law. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes (unless otherwise stated in the product description). You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of any product purchased from Flowlyo.
7. Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in cases where the file is corrupted, the wrong product was delivered, or the product was significantly different from its description. 8. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: resell or redistribute purchased products, claim authorship of any Flowlyo product, use our products for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or extract source files beyond what is provided, or use automated tools to scrape or access our website.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Our products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our products.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowlyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
11. Governing law
